Q: What shipping options are available?

A: We send all pins through USPS First Class Shipping or USPS Priority. Arrival times will depend on the provided address, but please expect packages to arrive within 3-5 business days.

If you require a different shipping provider (UPS, FEDEX) or need your order faster than normal, please reach out to kee@peachpup.com. We may be able to accommodate, but it is not guaranteed.

PLEASE BE AWARE: Due to COVID-19 shipping times may be extended. While orders will be shipped out from us within 1-3 days, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for shipping transit times.

Q: Do you use grading scales for pins?

A: All of our pins are handmade, so please expect minor imperfections. We don't use any specific grading system, but we'll try our best to send you the best available pin at any given time.

Some of our pins may contain minor defects visible with close inspection. Some of these defects may include:

  • Slightly underfilled enamel
  • Very minor scratches or scuffs
  • Tiny pores, bubbles or pieces of dust
  • Slight discoloration on the metal sections
  • Small specs in glitter

We don't send any pin that doesn't reach at least a B Grade quality threshold.

     If for any reason you're not happy with the quality of your pin, please feel free to reach out to us so we can work out an exchange.

    Q: How long until my order is shipped?

    A: Typically, we will ship your orders within 1-2 business days. Orders may be slightly delayed during new releases or peak times.

    Q: How long until my order arrives?

    A: We include tracking on every order so you can follow your pin. Your package will typically take 3-5 business days to arrive.

    Q: What are your refund and exchange policies?

    A: PEACH PUP has a no refund policy, but if you are not happy with the quality of your pin please reach out to us. If you contact us at kee@peachpup.com and mail the pin back within 30 days we will exchange it for a new one.
